To the class of 10:
Next year as we venture out into the life of full time work, there are plenty of things we need to know about gaining financial stability and looking after your insurance. Additionally, you might want to locum in the future, which is an excellent way to round up some cash with a good lifestyle to boot.
As such, the MUMUS team have put together the Life in the Real World seminar, where several financial, medical defence and a locuming company will speak in a lecture style format. Afterwards, you'll be able to have a chat to them about the services they offer, as come next year they will be very important!
This event is to be held on July 2nd, on the afternoon after the first sitting of the Clinical Knowledge Test. I.e. most of you will probably already be at Clayton anyway! Genius. We will also be throwing a lunch directly after the exam, so head down!
For those of you unable to make it, don't stress, we will be collating all the presentations, and all of the companies will be happy to speak to you one on one about what they have to offer. There are also plenty of Facebook groups which will provide you with the necessary information.
Hope to see you there!
